Here is a beautifully preserved example of a one-of-a-kind multicolored 78 rpm record from the Morrison Music Co. in Seattle. Each disc was hand-pressed and made to order. You can read a detailed history of this fascinating record company here. This disc contains Gonzalo Roig’s “Yours,” a rhumba featuring vocals by Bonnie “Guitar” Tutmarc, backed by “Cuanto le Gusta” (Samba) by Gabriel Ruiz. Both sides are E+, remarkably clean for a shellac, with a touch of sleeve wear visible on very close inspection.
