- From my own Smiths/Morrissey 300 records personal collection.

- From my own personal collection, NEVER PLAYED when in my position, kept in a special metal box for records and thus its fantastic condition.
- The 'Vauxhall And I' album was pressed on vinyl in 4 countries: UK, Spain, Greece and Brazil.
- The original 1994 UK vinyl pressing of 'Vauxhall And I' was ranked at Number 45 in the 2009 Record Collector article, which documented the publication's opinion of the 'Top 50' Morrissey collectables at the time. The desirability of this vinyl LP to collectors was described in the article, in which it was suggested that the album "has been hailed by many as the most important work of his solo career". Part of the reason for its appearance in this highly collectable list is undoubtedly due to the relatively low sales of vinyl by that time, which would have meant relatively few pressings in comparison to the CD format. In addition, the sheer popularity of the album itself has also increased its rarity as copies of the LP are bought up by collectors and fans wishing to hear the tracks on vinyl.
- This example is complete in that it comes with its original inner lyric sleeve, which is sometimes missing from copies seen offered for sale.
- The sleeve is in strong very good condition; it has a few acceptable creasing in the edges; please see attached pictures; however, there are no tears/splits/stains on it.
Please note that the back sleeve has a small Made in England sticker on it.
- The original inner lyric sleeve is in strong very good condition and has 2 seam splits as can be seen in the pictures.
- The record is in strong very good condition and was obviously played before.
- The labels are mint and clean.
- This LP is highly sought-after by collectors and consequently, it seems set to become ever more rare and accumulate in value as interest in original Morrissey and Smiths pressings continues to grow at a rapid rate.
