2nd sleeve issue, without "Freak Out - Hot Spots" map/poster offer printed on the right-hand inside of the gatefold jacket.
"Tableaus" appears as part of the song title on the label for the track on Side D, "Tableaux" appears as part of the song title for the track on the inside of the gatefold.
'Trouble Every Day' as 'Trouble Comin' Every Day' on label.
This is the issue with the V6/5005-2 & the Third Story Music credit in 3 lines on the labels.
First cat# on cover, 2nd on label, third inside cover. (see pics)
Matrix no. on side 1 are somewhat strange, they read in there entirety:
V65005-2 (which is stroke through)
