THE MOTHERS OF INVENTION (FRANK ZAPPA) - 'FREAK OUT!' Super rare!
UK original 1st pressing on black/silver VERVE labels. VLP 9154. MONO. (1966).

First issue A-1/B-1 matrix, 1G Mother stampers and UK laminated flipback G&L sleeve.

Sleeve grades EXCELLENT PLUS (EX+) or better. Vinyl grades strong EXCELLENT PLUS (EX+) or better.  The hardest to find of their UK albums! Superb example and a final upgrade. In MONO!  The first 'concept album' to emerge from the USA.

UK single laminated flipback sleeve grades full EXCELLENT PLUS (EX+) condition. It is in very solid respectable shape! No writing, No tip-ins, No repairs. No rips. No taped areas. Clean and solid condition with only very nominal signs of age and handling wear. Spine text is all there and readable. As good as you will find. Printed by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd.

The glossy vinyl grades EXCELLENT PLUS or higher (EX++). There are no skips or jumps. Truly incredible clear sound and full MONO mix. A couple of extremely light wispy marks that do not sound. Plays brilliantly with barely any background noise or static. It plays brilliantly.

Side 1 Label has embossed 'K T' tax code near the spindle hole.

Original 'Patents Applied For' inner sleeve. No issues.

I pay for my packaging materials, so I include the price of this with my postage rates. I pack all LP's in two heavy duty cardboard cruciform mailers with loads of brown parcel tape.
