Postage price includes tracked delivery (Royal Mail Airsure).
This is the first Motorhead record ever made. It is the test pressing of their debut LP.
I will listing another 20 or so rare Motorhead records in the next few days. Here is the rarest of the lot. A stunning condition copy of Motorhead's now classic debut LP "Motorhead". It is a test press with of course the earliest possible matrix numbers and earliest possible mother stamps. It was the crown jewel in a collection of Motorhead records that we just acquired.

OUTER SLEEVE: EX, faint wear but overall excellent condition.
INNER SLEEVE: EX+, original inner with "Patent No's. 1,125,555" and "Made in Great Britain" text.
DISC/S: Near Mint, absolutely beautiful glossy surface.
LABELS: EX+. Faint spindle lines. Pen mark made by the master engineers.
MATRIX: CWK 3008 A-1U / B-1U
The mother stamps are G / G.

NM: Clean but opened. Plays mint.
Ex+: The occassional non-sounding hairline mark.
Ex: A few more hairline and light marks. An Ex cover will be structurally sound with no splits or tears.
Ex minus : A few more hairline and light marks still. May be some faint background noise in places.
VG+: Quite a few marks but plays acceptably. I only list records like this if they are rare.

There is a mistake in the listing and thank you to warpigtrev for pointing this out to me. According to the collector's site www.motorheadoverkill.se this test was pressed in 1978 not 1977. As he pointed out to me, serious collectors will know this already, but I thought a notice here would help. Any winning bidder will be contacted before the record is sent out with an additional notice on this point to avoid disappointment. Good luck to all.
