MOZART THE “HAYDEN” QUARTETS JULLIARD STRING QUARTET 1st PRESS BLUE SILVER SAX 2470, 2471, 2472 x 3 LP BOX SET
Bidders may notice that the following grading description is very similar to many other similar 1950’s classical LPs I currently have listed or am going to be listing over the next few weeks. This is due to the almost identical, practically ‘archive’ condition of the entire collection. Do check out my other listings if these are of interest. I am adding records every day.
Sleeve Condition: NEAR MINT: Clean, sharp corners without a hint of bumping or splitting. A very, very nicely preserved box complete with 8 page booklet.
Record Condition: NEAR MINT: I’m sure few would argue with a MINT grading but I have tested played the records and so they can’t be un-played. They are however, the next best thing to it, unmarked, unblemished and all play flawlessly. An absolutely beautifully kept record set with stunning sound quality. It would be impossible to find a better example.
This is a heavy item when packed and the standard shipping charge for UK delivery is inadequate. Actual postage will be £8.95. Please wait for me to send an invoice. Overseas shipping includes International Signed For delivery with full tracking to your door.
This is only one of many similar LPs I have currently listed or will shortly be listing. They are all from a small collection of early classical Decca SXL and EMI ASD Stereo and some Mono LXT and CSD LPs. All are in the most extraordinary, Near Mint condition. It would not be an exaggeration to describe the entire collection as in, ‘archive’ condition. In 25 years of record dealing and over 40 years of collecting myself, I have never come across records so perfectly cared for is almost perfectly preserved inner and outer sleeves.
