record: NM (no scratches, surface marks, hairlines or spindle marks. near PERFECT!)
sleeve: EX (The front of the sleeve just has 1 light crease.
The fully readable spine is completely undamaged, and still "pinched" at the top and bottom.
The back just has a couple of light spine creases.
The top edge has a 4cm split, which has gone through the card. This is the only damage to
an otherwise near perfect sleeve. The bottom edge is perfect. The opening edge is also crisp
and perfect.
There is no writing or stickers on the record or the sleeve.
Apart from the split at the top, a near perfect copy of this rare folk LP. STRICTLY GRADED.)
