MTUME UMOJA ENSEMBLE: "ALKEBU-LAN - LAND OF THE BLACKS" 2-LP - On Strata East Records, #SES-1972-4 (stereo). This is the original U.S. double LP pressing - NOT A REISSUE. Monster spiritual jazz masterpiece recorded August 29, 1971 in Brooklyn N.Y. and featuring Mtume, Carlos Garnett, Leroy Jenkins, Ndugu, Gary Bartz, Stanley Cowell and Buster Williams. The vinyl is in VG++ condition (beautiful gloss)! The gatefold cardboard cover is in VG+ and displays well with light ringwear.
