This record is in very good+ condition. It does have spindle marks visible on the labels but neither side has pen marks, scuffs or any other serious damage. The centres show light wear but are not loose or worn. Overall the labels are clean, bright and in tidy condition.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides have a lovely lustre and show nothing deep or sinister but there is light lines and signs of use showing in normal light. There is more very minor light wispy lines and faint sleeve marks visible under bright light but again nothing deep or serious. So overall this used vintage record is free of nasty marks or serious issues but does have some light lines, marks and signs of use.
I play tested the record and it played really well throughout with excellent clarity and minimal surface noise or interference(traces in the original recordings in parts). It lays flat on the deck and upon playing there is little to no movement in the record arm. There is no distortion caused by excessive use and no skips, sticks or annoying clicks. There is the odd trace of surface noise in places but nothing at all extreme and overall the audio is higher than the visual grade of VG+. It was a pleasure to play test and produced audio of good quality throughout with no serious issues or major interference to report.
The sleeve is in excellent- condition. It has slight wear and rubbing to the edges and corners but the writing along the spine is still all legible. There are no splits or weak areas anywhere and no tears, scuffs or pen marks. There is some light creases to the laminated front and also mild ring marks but nothing severe or extreme. There is some grubbiness or foxing to the rear however. This is again not extreme(for its age) but the white area are not bright and have become discoloured in places. Overall an excellent sleeve which for 50 years old is strong and tidy enough. Please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible on its condition.
It contains a brand new plain white replacement inner as the original was missing.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.
