PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER). OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.
WILDLY RARE original Greg Calbi mastered Pitman white label advance PROMOTIONAL first pressing from 1977 on Blue Sky with printed inner sleeve, original circular hype sticker in the top left hand corner on the front cover, glossy four-page press bio insert and promotional text in the top left hand corner on the rear cover in customary gold embossed lettering and to the right of the center hole on the labels!!! LP is VG++ with a few light paper scuffs. Cover has a light crease in the top corners and is still in the original shrink wrap(!). Even has the original $4.19 R & S Records (R.I.P.) price sticker on the cellophane in the top right hand corner on the front cover. A high grade copy of this rarity with impeccable provenance. THIS is what collecting is about blues collectors so don't sleep.
I USE GOLDMINE GRADING~ MINT (SEALED) NEAR MINT: LOOKS UNPLAYED VG++: VERY VERY MINIMAL SIGNS OF US VG+: AVERAGE SIGNS OF USE, NOTHING DEEP, SUPERFICIAL VG: STILL AN OK RECORD, NOISE BETWEEN SONGS GOOD: WORN BUT PLAYS FINE WITH DISTRACTING NOISE POOR: FILLER COPY ONLY. LOTS OF SCRATCHES
