Muddy Waters with Little Walter here with the 1955 UK EP Mississippi Blues.
I've seen a fair few of these down the centuries, and every one has been front-laminated ONLY.
This comes in a fully-laminated sleeve and is the only one I've ever seen that's fully laminated.
Vinyl
A nice, very clean copy with only a few light surface marks to show for its 70 years. It has been carefully stored by me and never played since I obtained it years ago.
Labels are cleaner than my underpants (it's a low bar though).
Best one I've seen for 200 years. Let's cut to the chase: it pishes all over the others currently for sale on a well-known auction website.

Sleeve
As it's fully laminated, it hasn't suffered from the wear etc. commonly found with the unlaminated rear sleeves. It's still square and robust, with just a few small and light surface ripples.
It was only today, when photographing it, that I noticed a very small area of laminate lift on the front bottom seam. This is not a split and DOES NOT go right through. Obviously caused by the record moving in its sleeve over the decades. It's quite unobtrusive IMHO. In fact, it blends in well with the background colour. Like I said, I've never noticed it previously.
It will be supplied with an archive-quality, acid-free, plastic sleeve for the cover; a new shaped polythene inner and plain white paper sleeve for the disc; and a protective polythene outer sleeve.
