DOUBTS THEN PLEASE DON'T BID All payments are required within 3 days of the auction ending unless you are bidding on other items and wish to combine post in which case you will need to contact me. Bank deposit (Australian bidders only) is my preferred method of payment so please keep this in mind when you pay for your item. Items are generally shipped within 1-2 days of payment being received. A message will be sent to you once your item has been posted. If you are satisfied with your item once you receive it please leave me positive feedback and I will do the same for you. If you find your item has not described accurately please contact me prior to leaving feedback and I will do my best to help resolve the issue. Refunds will be ONLY be given under the following circumstances: * There is an un repairable fault with the item which was not stated within the listing. If a fault is found which can be repaired (for eg: fixable hole or mark), I will ask for the item to be sent back to me at the buyers expense, I will then have the item repaired and sent back to the buyer) * The item has not been worn or washed prior to asking for a refund. * The fault MUST be reported to me no later than 7 working days after the item has been sent out to you - I will inform you of when your item has been posted. It is up to the buyer to check the item over for faults upon delivery and report any faults immediately. * The refund is for FAULTS ONLY - change of mind or wrong sizing will NOT be refunded, measurements are stated within the listing & buyers have the option to ask question about any item prior to bidding. * The refund requested will only be given prior to feedback being left * It is up to the buyer to cover their own return postage costs * A refund will not be given until the item has been safely returned to me in the exact condition it was sent out - if I feel the item has been tampered with in any way I will refuse your refund. If you do not agree to any of these conditions then please do not bid.
