Description
The greatest rockabilly single of all time? Elvis Presley "Mystery Train" on HMV 45RPM single, HMV-POP 295, b/w "Love Me". 1957.
Some superficial scuff marks & light surface scratches, but plays loud and great, albeit with some background crackle (more noticeable on flip side). Two previous owners' initials on Love Me side (light initials in red, black initials in black fibre-tip).
VG copy of this rare, highly sought-after HMV release, at least, a fair grading for an almost 60-year-old record, a highly collectable classic rockabilly blues which heralded a revolution in music. I never tire of this outstanding recording with Scotty Moore's guitar work and the stand-up bass.
