Here for auction is my own copy of "16" by Madhouse, one of Prince's side projects, consisting of Jazz-funk fusion instrumentals.
But if you're reading about this record You probably already know all about it. Suffice to say it's pretty rare !
The record has been cleaned & plays perfectly. However, there is a mark across the final track which produces a very faint "ticking". I would've graded it as Excellent, but because of the mark I will only grade it as Very Good. I would prefer the buyer to be surprised by the condition, rather than disappointed !
The cover is immaculate, but as it is not sealed I will grade it as Excellent, rather than near-mint.
