Its the "Absolutely" Test Pressing LP from the USA

 

Released in 1980 the label is Warner Bros and it states 

"Available only to technical and other authorised personnel for the limited purposes of testing and review"

 

There is a info sheet taped to the cover and another one inside (both identical), this has the track listing, label info, restrictions, job number etc on it.

 

A really nice and very rare Lp, a must for any Madness collection.
