Back in 1991, Sire/Warner Bros. Records decided to release a special limited edition picture disc for Madonna's "Holiday." This 12" single also contains the song, "True Blue." The sleeve is a clear PVC cover with a cardboard insert so that you can appreciate the awesome usage of the picture disc. The two tracks are both on side one. Side two is groove-less. Catalog # is W0037TP.
The record I'm selling is in NM-/VG+ condition. The cardboard inlay has a few bumps, as seen in the pictures. There is also some tape residue on the top as each copy was taped to maintain the sleeve being sealed. The tape was removed on this copy so there is residue. Also, there is some strange little splinter in the runout groove that is not removable. It appears as if it were pressed right into the vinyl (yes, I took a pic of it for you.) There is no writing or marks but there is a bit of shelf-ware to the insert card and very slightly on the clear PVC cover. If you collect Madonna and missed this one, it's time to grab this copy now!
