Cover-Near Mint, except for the fact that the idiot who 1st owned this record wrote his last name in pen at the top right hand corner of the sleeve (see the scan--it's not too bad. This is really the only blemish at all with these records/cover. Plus this one is extremely hard to find. The first one i've come across in about 9 years)
