The inner paper sleeves are in good condition with just some creasing. The booklet itself has some age wear along the edges and spine and is creased in the bottom left hand corner. Other than some minor discolouration and some minor creasing of the odd page, the contents of the booklet are in good condition including the blue lyric sheets in the middle of the booklet.Overall in good condition, considering it's age.

The records play fine on my player which is a mid range system so sound quality may be different on better systems. There is some crackling, but nothing major, and no skips or jumps.
