Due to overwhelming popular demand, Merge Records will reissue The Magnetic Fields’ epic 69 Love Songs on vinyl on November 6. The limited-edition 10-inch box set includes six records housed in a sturdy slipcase along with a full-size, 24-page color booklet featuring liner notes written by author Daniel Handler, a.k.a. Lemony Snicket
The first 1,000 pre-orders through the Merge store will receive the box set on colored vinyl (two black, two red, and two clear); thereafter, box sets will contain standard black vinyl. Pre-orders will ship to arrive on or around the release date of November 6.
