Description
This is the 1969 album Make The '70's Grow... Whatever It Takes, a single-sided LP in a sleeve with a blank back. The material was "recorded by the original cast of the greatest floor show ever..." at the GAF National Sales Meeting, Century Plaza Hotel, Los Angeles, December 14-16, 1969, by the Floor Products Division of the GAF Corporation. Contemporary pop songs are substituted with new lyrics singing the praises of GAF products. "Aquarius" becomes "The Age Of GAF" and "I'll Never Fall In Love Again" becomes "You'll Always Sell More GAF." This item includes a bulletin on GAF letterhead which accompanied the distribution of the recording.
The vinyl, merchandising bulletin, and outer sleeve are in Very Good Plus condition; the vinyl with light surface marks that do not affect play, it tracks through and plays fine; the outer sleeve with moderate edge wear such that the top seam is completely split, and has a two-inch split in the bottom seam.
Full disclosure: Although I am currently behaving like one, I am not a record store. Professional record grading skills are not on offer here. Please look closely at the images which are always taken of the actual items and feel free to ask any questions.
