Description
I am selling an extremely rare 7" record by Mal Johnson featuring 2 songs: Love World (side 1) and She's Got a Lover (side two). It's a private pressing, recorded at Rosewood Sound in Dallas, Texas, and released on the Mal Johnson Records Label, in 1980 I believe, with matrix runout numbers RSD 52484 - A - RE and RSD 52484 B. It is a pretty rare soul record and has been in my family's record collection for a very long time - I'm pretty sure my uncles knew Mal Johnson, as they used to work sound for various record studios in Dallas in the 70s and 80s. The vinyl is in very good condition, with some scratches and smudges which do not affect play. The sleeve, however, is in fairly rough shape - it was always a fragile sleeve, it bears the signs of storage, age, stains, and tears - all of it can be seen in the photos - the sleeve is present, but in very rough shape.
