Description
MANDY MORTON & SPRIGUNS
'Magic Lady'
1978 UK Pressing 12" Vinyl LP Record
Banshee Records Cat No: BAN 1011
Includes 10.25" x 11.75" Hexagonal-shaped insert
with lyrics on one side & photos of the band on the other

Also included is a large diplay poster advertising the album,
which I belive was not part of the album at point of sale.
It measures 23.5" x 16.25" (11.75" x 8.12" when folded)
Side 1 Matrix: SRS-28-A
Side 2 Matrix: SRS-28-B
This 33 year old ultra-rare album is from the collection of
a friend who passed several years ago. Folk was not his
genre, so I am not surprised that, in my opinion, it has not
been played. Interested parties will be aware of the story
behind this album, so I will concentrate on its condition. I
have included detailed photos that will assist my description
Vinyl
I used a usb digital microscope together with a naked-eye
inspection under bright sunlight. In my opinion it shows
no signs of having been played or handled without care
Labels
There is what may be an extremely small spindle mark on
the b-side label, but it may have occured during manufacture.
Otherwise there are no marks of any type on the labels
Sleeve
The front of the sleeve shows an impression of the vinyl
inside, as does the back, only more so. There are also a
few impression marks on the back, not linked to the vinyl.
There are some small creases measuring between 5 & 10mm
on the front by the top, bottom & spine edge areas. The
back has less so, mostly on the edge area by the spine.
There is some rubbing wear to the bottom edge, less so
to the spine. The artist's name, title & cat no on the spine
are not affected. The top edge has a rub mark in the
centre measuring 17mm. The sleeve opening edges
have no crease or rub marks to the front or back
Inner Sleeve
There is some crumpling to the front top centre area.
The clear plastic covered label view holes are in place
on both sides & are undamaged
Insert
The lyrics side does have the start of some foxing to it.
The photo side has not. There are no creases or tears
Poster
The poster has never been displayed. There is no fading,
marks or tears. The creases would have been made by
machine at the original printers
