 Here's a RARELY offered album...a very fine VG/EX to EX+ ORIGINAL Australian EMI EMC-2518 LP, "Tales of Old Grand-Daddy" by the Marcus Hook Roll Band (Harry Vanda & George Young), issued in 1973. This LP is now quite legendary, featuring Malcolm and Angus Young's FIRST appearance on record a YEAR or so before AC/DC! And this LP is VERY SELDOM offered for sale, especially outside of Australia! Here are the details: The COVER is a strong VG. It is the usual fragile, very thin Australian style jacket (unlaminated), so has been susceptible to some wear. Please INSPECT ALL PHOTOS as they are part of the description. The blue FRONT cover shows mostly light to occasionally moderate partial ringwear, mainly at right side along "grand-daddy's" left arm up the side of the chair to the pillow behind his hat. There are some other slight to light bits of storage wear or stress here and there. The corners show varying degrees of wear or stress ("bumping"/creasing) from light (bottom right...see photo) to moderately heavy (bottom left corner "banged" with subsequent stress creasing in that left corner area (see PHOTOS 2  & 7 ). The upper left and right are moderately "bumped", again with a small area of resultant superficial creasing (see PHOTOS). There is a 2 inch seamsplit at bottom center seam and a 1.5 inch seamsplit at center spine (see PHOTO). The opening edge shows light storage wear. The white rear cover shows slight to light signs of storage wear, with a TINY "ding" (or "chip") near left corner at rear top edge, and a relatively small, light stain at upper left corner area (SEE PHOTO)...again being very picky! We are being quite detailed here...the cover is overall quite clean, sound and very presentable! The VINYL is a lovely, shiny rarely played EX to EX+ (by the way, we NEVER grade anything as mint, and RARELY do we use near MINT), as nice as you'll find, with 1 very light spindle mark per side on beautiful, clean labels! This had been in storage for some decades without a plastic outersleeve, hence the wear to the cover! This HISTORIC ORIGINAL artifact is offered with a very reasonable starting bid with NO RESERVE! 1. Media Mail (USPS slower service & buyer's agreed risk for loss, damage & theft...USPS 6-14 day delivery outside of the Northeast is possible, longer to Alaska and Hawaii...please note) w/DELIVERY CONFIRMATION = $3.90 1st LP 

MEDIA COMBINED SHIPPING: Add .95 for each additional LP to the Media Mail base rate of $3.90!

2. PRIORITY MAIL (faster 2-4 day delivery usually) w/delivery confirmation $10.45 ALL ZONES (recommended highly for LPs valued over $18.00 - safer handling- or if you desire your record to be delivered quickly! If you live in a closer postal zone to us, and their is a large price discrepancy, we will happily provide a partial shipping refund).

PRIORITY COMBINED SHIPPING: Add $1.75 for each additional LP to the Priority base rate of $10.45!
