Description

Available here is (1) very nice copy of a wonderful classical / opera (3)-LP box set: "Medea", released in stereo in 1958 on Mercury Records (SR3-9000). This classic set features Maria Callas under the direction of Luigi Cherubini.


The vinyl is VG+ - VG++ with only 1-2 hairlines per side, and some minor smudging that will clean. Very glossy. The glossy cover / box is also in very nice shape, with the hinge fully attached and the booklet in clean, unmarked shape. The prior owner's name is stamped on the inside of box (upper left in photo) and the inside has some light spotting. There is a small blue sticker on the front cover, upper left corner. Overall, normal (light) wear for a 60-year-old set of LPs.
