Glitter is the eighth studio album by Mariah Carey and serves as the soundtrack to the 2001 film of the same name. Released in September 2001, this dazzling album blends retro-inspired disco, funk, R&B, hip-hop, and pop, capturing the vibrant sound of the early 1980s while showcasing Carey's signature vocals and songwriting.

Featuring songs such as "Loverboy," "Never Too Far," and

"Lead The Way," Glitter explores themes of love, ambition, heartbreak, and self-discovery. In recent years, the album has gained a devoted following and is now widely appreciated for its nostalgic production, powerful ballads, and creative fusion of classic disco with contemporary R&B and hip-hop.

To celebrate its 25th anniversary, the album is being reissued on vinyl for the first time since its original release, pressed on 2LP limited Glittering Pink colour vinyl with three bonus tracks, including "Out Here On My Own." This edition also includes foil numbering and a signed lithograph
