LES DISCOPHILES FRANÇAIS (DF 209-210) France
One of the rarest French violin lps. Cover is EX++ with only light discoloration on top right corner and very light spine wear - otherwise looks very clean and new!
LPs DF 210 is beautiful – side 1 is a strong EX++ to NM- really clean and shiny – plays with very light soft occasional tics - side 2 has a couple of light surface scuffs - plays with a couple of light "pops"otherwise clean.
DF209 has a very light edge heat damage, that causes a rumble each revolution (lower than music) does not cause any distortion. You can hear an mp3 of the first band on side 2 - Click here to listen to soundclip - side one has 2 "pops" at start. plays with very occasional light soft tics. the same rumble can be heard on side 2 - this lasts for around 1.2cm - then fine. DF 209 is generally EX with only light sleeve wear. a great sound on both lps. Remmember this is a critical grade...
