What we have here is a super rare, highly sought after 1980s Modern Soul grail 45. Very few have ever surfaced. Last one sold on Discogs for $600. I am auctioning at a low starting bid because of the slight warp. I’m a fellow record collector of 25 years and dealer. The storage warp isn’t bad, not a deal breaker for a record this rare. I think this might actually be a stock copy. It came from an estate here in Los Angeles of a lady that booked and managed obscure artists in the 70s-80s.
Be aware of the slight warp. I’m not telling you how highly to bid, I’m being honest with the condition. Don’t buy this, try to flatten it, leave it alone it plays fine! It’s a 45 with a lip so even a professional flattering machine won’t make it perfectly flat. Don’t buy it and try to return it after you have messed it up by trying to flatten it via some stupid method you saw on YouTube. I’ve fought buyers who have returned the cooked record. And... no, I don’t have another copy.
No low ball offers or dealing off EBay. No reserve auction only. Have fun bidding, you might get this cheap!
Ships well packed and protected in a standard mailer with extra cardboard for protection. Cleaned, new white sleeve and poly bagged.
SORRY NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ON THIS ITEM BECAUSE OF SLIGHT CONDITION ISSUES AND SCAMMERS WHO TROLL FOR RARE MODERN SOUL AND ABUSE EBAY POLICIES.
