Description
Rising by Mark-Almond on Harvest from 1972 SHVL 809, this has A1 and B1 matrices.. I have owned it from new and even remember buying it from an electrical shop in Stranraer that always had a curious mix of stock..
The disc is clean and the only 2 marks I can find are a 1.5 cm shallow radial scratch straddling tracks 1 and 2 of side 1, and a tiny mark at the very beginning of side 2. Neither of these cause any repetitive clicks. The disc does play with some surface noise, audible during quiet passages and gaps. I assume this is caused by static build-up as I'm sure I've never abused it. A clean with a purpose-built machine would probably improve it. Both labels are clean with a small amount of spindle marks.
The gatefold textured sleeve is good for it's age. The rear face is showing a little ringwear and the front face has some faded patches. There is some burring of the corners and the top and bottom have slight edge-wear. The spine is OK and the printing is fully legible.
Postage is for Royal Mail 1st Class in the UK, or you can collect it. I will post internationally. Please contact me for a quote if you're interested.
LP will be packaged in a cardboard mailer with stiffener, PVC outer sleeve and Nagaoka anti-static inner, and the disc will packed outside the LP cover, so as not to damage the edges.
Good luck!
