Description

Original, vintage copy of Martin Sharp's legendary psychedelic poster The Gathering Of The Heads, produced in 1967 to support the cannabis rally of the same year.  One of the earliest psychedelic posters, the success of this work led to the setting up of a number of poster companies ( including Big O ) which produced this poster. Sharp, one of the greatest - if not the greatest psychedelic poster  - artist(s) was the art director of OZ Magazine. Printed red and black on gold metallic paper.  Measures approx 20p" by 30".  Some oxidization and the odd amount of wear and tear consistent with age, but generally very, very good indeed. Would look great framed.
