Description

An original 'metallic' poster called Live Give Love, designed by Martin Sharp ( with help from Michelangelo ) in 1967. One of his more spectatacular works and, along with his Dylan poster, one of his rarest. It measures approx 20" by 30" and is black and silver on foil. There is a border to the right hand side ( not shown here ) of silver. Sharp was the in house designer for Oz Magazine and is widely regarded as the finest psychedelic poster artist of his era, certainly working in britain if not the world. This poster has some minimal edgewear, but is generally very bright and clean, with little if any oxidation, and is nr nr mint. The poster was published by the Big O poster company and has their address details running along one edge.
