Journey Into Mystery - Introducing The Mighty Thor

• Golden Records SLP-188
• Marvel Age Comic Spectaculars Series
• Record reads Journey Into Mystery #83
• 1966

Vinyl is VG+ : Vinyl is very clean with just a few super light scuffs.
Jacket is VG+ : Jacket has minimal ringwear. Light wear to seams and corners. NO SEAM SPLITS. Back cover has light discoloration from age.
Please note,  I grade conservatively and by the Goldmine standard, here is what you can expect...
For the VG+ Vinyl - A Very Good Plus record will show some signs that it was played and otherwise handled by a previous owner who took good care of it. Defects should be more of a cosmetic nature, not affecting the actual playback as a whole. Record surfaces may show some signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect one's listening experiences. Slight warps that do not affect the sound are "OK". The label may have some ring wear or discoloration, but it should be barely noticeable. Spindle marks may be present.
For the VG+ Jacket - Picture sleeves and inner sleeves will have some slight wear, slightly turned-up corners, or a slight seam split. An LP cover may have slight signs of wear, and may be marred by a cut-out hole, indentation, or cut corner.
***WITH ALL THIS SAID if you have a Crosley or other budget turntable that comes in a suitcase, there is a chance with this, and every record really, that the tone arm, being the weak little thing it is, might bounce off, this is not a sign of a deficient record, this is an issue with the turntable. If you encounter this problem a penny taped to the top of the head of your tone arm generally fixes that right up.***
This series of records is obviously insanely cool to add to your collection but also very fun to actually read along with! If you don't want to dirty up the pages of your original comics you can also have these read to you while you follow along in a reprint such as a Marvel Masterworks or Omnibus collection. I've tried the latter and it fits just right, however the booming TURN THE PAGE narration will be off every other page.
Please see pictures & let me know if you have any questions.
