Description
Up for sale is the classic soul LP “What’s Going On” by Marvin Gaye on Tamla (Motown). This is the stereo gatefold edition with the iconic cover and the “Family Portrait Album” style inner gatefold photo/lyrics panel. Label shown: Tamla TS-310, Stereo (yellow/brown Tamla label).
Included: outer gatefold jacket and the vinyl record. A must-have for Motown/soul collections with standout tracks including “What’s Going On,” “Mercy Mercy Me (The Ecology),” and “Inner City Blues (Make Me Wanna Holler).”
Condition notes: Jacket is in Used condition with heavy shelf wear, scuffing, ring/edge wear, and spine/corner wear; there appears to be writing at the top edge (“N Freeman”) and general age-related marks. Vinyl shows visible surface scuffs/hairlines from handling but no cracks/warping; expect typical light-to-moderate playback noise consistent with visible wear. Original paper inner sleeve present and shows aging/staining/wrinkling. Packed carefully for shipment in a record mailer.
