Description

Marzette Watts (with J.C. Moses, Henry Grimes, Clifford Thornton, Karl Berger, Byard Lancaster, Sonny Sharrock) [SELF-TITLED] ESP-Disk 1044, recorded 1966.  Stereo original. Plays NM except for a small spot of needle damage in middle of B-2, audible for 4 revolutions. A very handsome copy of the record. Jacket is NM as well, just a small bit of friction wear to center of cover photograph.

Here’s the fifth of about 50 batches of records from a fastidious NY-area collector with excellent taste. One owner since release in most cases. Very many of these were played either very little or very carefully. They’ve been carefully play-graded as well.  Low starts, as you can see, and almost no reserves. Bid with confidence. Combined shipping available within reason.
