You're looking at a super rare original pressing of the "First Offense" 7" with a blue cover/blue vinyl from Masked Intruder.
There were 8 different colored covers printed up for the box sets, but only 5 boxes had them(mine and each band member).
This is one of the leftovers. I don't think the others were ever used.
