PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION!!! VERY EXPENSIVE ALBUM!!! KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GETTING!!! I test played this album and give an exact description of condition below. 
Overall this record is in great shape. Sleeve is still in shrink wrap, has a couple small splits in the shrink wrap, some dust under the shrink wrap, some very minor normal sleeve wear. Sleeve has some very very light creasing that is only visible on the front in the top left corner and bottom right corner which is hard to see in the pictures, has a small corner ding on the lower left. PLEASE CHECK THE PICTURES!!!
Lyric insert is in great shape. 
The vinyl is mostly in great shape! there is a pressing imperfection in the form of a small impression at the beginning of side 2 (the photo where the flash on my camera is cranked up). This small impression is MOSTLY outside of the grooves and mostly affects the lead in section of side 2, but does cause a noise that is not really a pop but sounds like a fairly quiet but deep thump for about 10-15 seconds of the beginning the first track. Almost sounds like a bass drum kick, not some crazy high pitched pop. Aside from that, the first track of side 2 has a couple of very small marks that cause a small amount of noise for a short time. Also visible in the very bright picture is very superficial sleeve scuffing that from what I can tell by listening to this album causes no issue at all. This record mostly plays great!!!! The sleeve scuffing is visible but does not affect play. 98% of this record plays great!  
The buy it now price on this record is a very large number because I want people to read the entire listing, check the pictures, and be fully aware of what they are buying. Yes I know it is a crazy number. We can talk about it. I will mention that I see a sale of $10,000 back in 2014. I cannot confirm it is a legit sale, but it is there. I am open to talk about price.
This record is EXTREMELY RARE AND SOUGHT AFTER. Do your own research. 2 copies of this album have sold on Discogs, NEITHER OF THEM HAD THE PICTURE SLEEVE!!! Both of them had generic sleeves. The last sale of a copy in the sleeve that I can see was 10 years ago. If you can find more information than that, please let me know. I am willing to talk about price, but my years of experience and what I can see tells me this is something special. I am open to IN PERSON PICK UP on this album, but we will have to discuss it. I am asking a fairly high number for shipping because I will ship this item UPS Second Day Air and it will be insured for the full purchase price. If the cost is more than my shipping fee, I will pay it. Rest assured that this album will make it to you safe and sound.
