My apologies.
My copies of Regel and Das Testament had vinyl switched (since purchased new), so in fact, Regel has labels as described here:
A / has small black and white abstract photo
cut out in a 1" circle pasted on white label
B / rubberstamped in red ink:
The counterfeiter will be
punished with penal servitude
Das Testament has already sold, but switch was made and buyer was informed before record shipped.
This copy of Regel is now in correct state.
