There is a (6") strip of clear tape parallel to the bottom edge which appears to have been placed to prevent the shrink wrap from separating and it's not stuck on any part of the cardboard cover, bridges the gap of shrink to shrink. I also left the original price stickers on that are attached to the outer shrink wrap.
