Me And The Devil, Tony McPhee & Jo-Ann Kelly, Orig Liberty LP, EX/VG+, A-1 B-1 Matrix, 1st Press!!
Me And The Devil, Tony McPhee & Jo-Ann Kelly, Orig Liberty LP, EX/VG+, A-1 B-1 Matrix, 1st Pressing!!
Original blue Liberty stereo issue LP, but issued in a mono cover. The front laminated sleeve is in excellent condition, with some light rubbing around the corners & a couple of small creases on the laminated front cover and some light discolouration on the rear cover (see pics). The spine is clean & intact and fully readable. The plain inner is intact & in excellent condition.
The record is in visually very good+ condition with some evidence of being played under normal daylight. Under bright light quite a few hairline/sleeve removal type marks and a few light needle marks are visible. The labels are clean and bright with evidence of a few spindle markings (see pics), overall the record still retains its original sheen and looks good!
The sound reproduction is still excellent, clear & vibrant throughout with no loud pops, crackle or hiss & definately no skips, sticks or jumps, but there is some brief background noise on the run ins and in a couple of the quieter passages, overall it plays much better than it looks!! The matrix nos. are, LBS-83190, A//1-420 mother stamper 1-1, B//1-420 mother stamper 1-1-5, this is one of the early pressings of the original UK stereo issue of this album!! Happy bidding and Good Luck !!!
