Description

Here we have a collector's item from the estate of the late Lita Roza.
This was Lita's own personal ( Stereo ) demonstration copy of her Pye-Nixa album ' Me on a Carousel ' on a white label double-sided 33 rpm disc.

The record label has the songs written in Lita's own hand writing - along with her signature. The plain sleeve also has the songs written in Lita's own hand. The sleeve is completely split down the sides - but hasn't been repaired

If you want to hear these recordings in pristine sound I suggest you buy the album on CD - as this item has been ' well-loved ' !!
The record has a lot of crackle and clicks - although I have not noticed any tracks that jump. So can only be graded as 'Good'. The crackle actually adds to the atmosphere !

But, if you are a Lita fan / collector the item is of interest because it was her own copy, obviously sent for approval before general release.
Comes with Lita's own personal orchestra arrangements for one of the songs on the album ... 'The End of a Love Affair ' - which have her name stamp.
