Description
This once-in-a-lifetime collection comprises over 2,000 LPs, 1,000 45s/EPs & many box sets from virtually every country/territory where Beatles records were released.
All records will be sold exclusively on Ebay in auction format only (no 'Buy It Now' offers please) and WITHOUT RESERVE.
Due to the number of discs listed each week, gradings are visual only. However we are happy to provide audio grades on request.
We begin 2014 with part 1 of the Japanese LPs - arguably some of their finest sounding pressings
Their 1st Japanese LP release was similar in design to the U.S. LP of the same name, but with a different track-listing
This mono pressing dates from initial June 1967 and is on RED VINYL with black & silver Odeon labels: OR-8026
Matrix numbers: 2EJ-13-2 & 2EJ-14-3
Vinyl weight: 142g
Housed within a glossy bi-flipback cover with '1,700 YEN' price on the rear panel & complete with original 2-sided lyric sheet & inner-sleeve
CONDITION
Disc: VERY GOOD +
This copy has been barely played with just 3/4 well aimed spindle marks around each unworn centre hole. The playing surfaces are clean with little more than some harmless wispy paper-type hairlines visible beneath halogen light.
Cover: EXCELLENT
A superb unworn example bearing just a single tiny 'thumbnail' wrinkle on the front panel but not a single spine bend. All corners are in great shape and both opening edges are sharp with a few small age-related marks. The rear panel is totally unblemished and all seams & the fully worded spine are fully intact & unworn.
Lyric sheet: EXCELLENT +
Clean & unworn with just a one or two tiny, faint age-related blemishes but no creasing or tears.
Inner-sleeve: VERY GOOD
Clean & flat with small splits to each seam
