Meet The Beatles ( 5 inch, four tack stereo)
Reel to Reel Tape Capitol Z4 2047 3-3/4 IPS
The Beatles first album for Capitol from 1964 on the rare reel to reel format. Meet The Beatles is one of the only two titles released in the smaller 5" version. This one comes in a black box that is in tact with minor wear on the spines.The front picture shows very little wear but has sort of a line under the top 3 Beatles. The white area has some minor age staining. The back is white with black text. There is a tear to the left of "Little Child". There is very minor discoloration or staining. The reel is VG+, grey with a white label. Please check out the scans to get a better idea of my descriptions. Meet The Beatles came out in a number configurations on reel to reel. There is regular size 3-3/4 IPS, a 5" two track mono, a regular size 7-1/2 IPS and the 5" four track stereo posted here. I will have up for auction the other versions as well for any you who want to collect all the variations. Also, over the next few weeks, I will be posting almost every Beatle reel released, 7-1/2, 3-3/4, 7", 5", some UK reels, solo reels and Beatles related.
