Meet the Beatles LP No Credits Stereo Pressing NR

This auction is for A very hard to find Stereo pressing of Meet the Beatles without BMI or ASCAP credits on the label.  On Capitol ST-2047.

The Labels have no BMI or ASCAP credits.  In the rush to get this pressing to market (Introducing the Beatles was released at the same time), Capitol released the very first pressing of this album before the Credits for each song were received.  Subsequent copies had various iterations of these credits, but the first pressing omitted them completely.  The stereo pressing is particularly hard to find.

Beatles on the Cover is in Brown type.  The RIAA number is 3.  There is no producer credit on the back cover. 

The matrix numbers in the deadwax are:

Side 1:  ST1-2047-A3  #2  (there is also a stamped triangle with AM inside)

Side 2:  ST-2-2047-B2 #2 (triangle is also present on this side)

Cover is a strong VG Looks beautiful with Little or no ringwear on the front or back.  No splits on the seams but the spine is flaking (would otherwise be VG+). There is a name and number written on the lower left hand back side.

Vinyl is also a strong VG with a couple of longer scratches but nothing that overpowers the music.  Comes with the original NM Capitol inner sleeve. No splits or tears.
