Meet the Beatles Stereo ST2047 first label variation with no BMI or ASCAP publishing rights on label.Scranton Pressing Only east coast labels have been confirmed to be without BMI OR ASCAP. Cover has a 4 inch split on t op right and 2 inch split on bottom right cover does have yellowing > blue inner sleeve with a split on bottom> side seam also has some peeling. Vinyl has one long mark on side one but can not be felt with finger plays all the way through with no skips or jumps does have some scuffs. Vinyl very good. Plays well. Great to have in your collection.
Album info. > Since capitol was in a rush to release album they did not wait to obtain publishing rights information prior to ordering first batch of labels.
The first labels were printed without the BMI or ASCAP credits. These labels only have the running times beside each song.
Because only a small number of these first labels were printed without BMI/ASCAP credits. Albums that have these scarce labels in mono or stereo are worth more than other label variations of this album.
