Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness is a 3LP wtih 12pg Booklet by John Craig. It is the third studio album by the alternative grunge group The Smashing Pumpkins, released October 24, 1995. I played a full turn on this on a Audio Technica (AT-LP-120-USB) with Blue Ortofon Stylus The Liner Notes have all of the words to this Masterpiece of a Story said that is based on "the human conditions/mortal sorrow. I cannot be greedy with this one. It has to be played and enjoyed, it sounds so good and oh, oh, ohhh so sweet. Run Time Between all 3 Vinyl LP's is 128 minutes 06 seconds (original vinyl pressing) ellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness was sent 7 Grammy Award nominations in 1997. The artwork and visual design was borne by John Craig.
