Mercyful Fate Melissa Vinyl LP MRI-369 MEGAFORCE RECORDS. I have owned a few of these in the past, One thing I can say they all have in common is the sound is not all that fantastic. The record company was definitely not using high-quality equipment or just maybe just mixed the sound wrong. I mean don’t get me wrong, after you play around with the EQ you can still crank it up and it sounds ok, but it is lacking of other available recordings. As far as sound quality goes, The best version of this metal masterpiece I have found is the remaster on CD. Anyway back to what you are looking at. A very sought after vintage collectors item, having “A” run markings on both sides of the dead wax. This is a true 1st press. condition is very good vintage Used, vinyl is visually very good to excellent, cover is good, no splits but has foxing and minor edge creasing. Has Extreme wear to the very center bottom edge that may split if not paid attention too and If not handled very carefully. From my personal collection. plays without error. No warping. Has been recently cleaned and played tested entirely. In protective sleeve. Collection ready vintage vinyl. Shipped with USPS Media Mail Insured with tracking.
