Description

Original UK Vertigo stereo 1st press LP, this is an original UK pressing without country of origin printed on the sleeves or labels. The labels have the Vertigo swirl design on the 1st and 3rd sides and the inner sleeves also have catalogue numbers corresponding to each record: 510 027-1 and 510-028-1 printed on lyric side. with the earliest A-2U/B-2U & A-1U/B-1U matrices & matching 1-1 stampers!

The glossy sleeve is intact & in EX condition, with some very light corner/edge wear and storage rubbing on the cover, with some sticker marks on the rear cover. The spine is intact and fully readable, the lyric inners are intact & in EX condition.

The records are in visually EX condition, with a few faint sleeve removal hairlines and light scuffs on sides 1 & 2 and a couple of faint hairlines and light scuffs on sides 3 & 4. The labels are in EX condition, clean & bright with evidence of a couple of faint spindle markings on each side.   The sound reproduction is EX, still clear & precise throughout with definately no skips, sticks or jumps, but there is some brief background noise on the run in grooves and some occasional background noise on the first tracks of sides 1 & 2 and overall a really great, loud & punchy listen!!   The matrix nos. are;

• Matrix / Runout (Variant 1 Side B): 5100271 B-2U-1-1 STERLING
• Matrix / Runout (Variant 1 Side C): 5100281 A-1U-1-1 STERLING
• Matrix / Runout (Variant 1 Side D): 5100281 B-1U-1-1 STERLING

This is one of the very earliest copies of the first pressing of the original UK stereo issue of this classic 1991 album!
  All records are checked on an Acoustic Research deck before being listed and any flaws noted in the listing, so if you have any problems with the record please contact me for a full refund on return of the record, no problems!   All grades are those used in the Record Collector Guide.   All lp's are sent in cardboard record mailers with plastic covers and cardboard stiffeners to protect the LP's!
UK Signed For Postage is £4.50 for the first LP & is the same for up to four single LP's or two double LP's up to 2KG!
  Will post to Europe (including all EU countries & Russia, Sweden, etc.) and Rest of the World (USA, Japan, Australia, Korea etc.), but airmail is limited to 4 or 5 lp's due to weight restrictions.
