Description

For Your Consideration: Metallica - Master Of Puppets - Elektra - 1986 US Columbia House Club Edition w/ shrink
Runouts: Side 1 - (PXTR) STE 60439A - G1A D G1 A                Side 2 - (P*AP) - STE-60439B - G1A G1 G3
I am downsizing my personal record collection!
Condition: (Visual grading using the Goldmine Grading Scale) Vinyl - Very Good Plus (VG+) - Side 1 has what appears to be groove wear that causes a little noise at spots during playback. Side 2 looks VG++. No scratches or deep marks. - Please see photos Sleeve - Very Good Plus Plus (VG++) - Still in shrink. Corners show a little wear and bumps - See photos Inner Sleeve - Very clean with couple tiny dings to corners. Small 1 inch seam split on one side - See photos
This is a NICE ONE for a collector. Less common 1986 US Columbia House Club edition that seems to have been played hard on side 1 but taken good care of. I didn't play grade side 2 but the vinyl looks VG++. May have light dust or fuzz/lint that can be removed by cleaning. All records that are not sealed will ship with the vinyl in static resistant poly-sleeves outside of the record sleeve to prevent seam splits.
Notes: Your LP will be shipped in a sturdy cardboard box designed for records and packaged well to avoid any damage in transit. Item will ship via Media Mail unless buyer requests another method. I will cover additional Insurance costs for items valued over $100. I will refund any shipping over charges. US & Canada bidders only, please. Combined shipping is offered for similar items in the US only.
My goal is a happy customer. Please contact me if you are not satisfied for any reason and we will figure out a solution. Good luck bidding!

There has been some interest in this record so I want to make sure that I state again very clearly that while this record looks as if it has been taken good care of, there is very evident groove wear or some other reason for the loss of a glossy finish to the vinyl on a portion of side 1. There is some surface noise on sections of side 1 during playback. It appears like a previous owner must have played this record a lot or used cheap gear. Can't be sure. I just want to make that clear to potential buyers. The record still presents very well otherwise and there are no deep scratches or anything like that to hinder play. Just a little noticeable noise. Please bid with confidence. I you win and after receiving the record feel that I did poorly at describing the issues we can work something out or the record can be returned.
