Metallica Ride The Lightning LP 1984 Megaforce MRI 769 EX for the record itself (definition of Excellent (EX):(per dt magazine standards): Disc plays near perfectly, but may have minor paper scuffs that do not interfere with the sound quality. There can possibly be a hairline scratch or two but nothing that is obvious or affects play. Vinyl is bright and shiny; label is clean and unmarked.(I reviewed dt magazine's guidelines for grading and this seems to be the best fit. There isn't really much wrong with the record...there is a very slight warping that is barely noticeable. The surface looks pretty good. The album cover itself has some noticeable wear as well as the inner sleeve. I bought this at a yard sale and apparently the family pet decided to chew on the corner. Don't worry, no damage was done to the record itself thank goodness.
