Description

This is a ‘job lot’ we received from a 1st owner to sell, and includes a complete 1990 boxset of ‘The Good, The Bad & The Live’ – the 6 ½ year anniversary 12” collection; and the 1989 card-backed picture disc version of ‘One’.
The sleeve has creases and worn edges from frequent removals but is solid and completely intact, while all the individual sleeves have very minor marks at worst and the odd bashed corner here or there.
No poster I’m afraid but the owner has left a Kerrang pictoral history of the group that’s contemporary to the set with them also.
The discs are all VG+ minimum with 4 of 6 being EX with no properly visible hairlines, and the other two having been obviously more played have sleeve removal scrapes but nothing feelable with a finger either. The picture copy of ‘One’ has some dust buildup but no feelable marks and so is being graded VG+.
Please bear in mind this set has been in storage for a good while and so the discs are also dusty and could well do with a proper clean to maximize sound quality; but will play perfectly acceptably – hence the more than reasonable start price and being left together as a lot.
The whole set will be shipped in a record mailer in one tightly sealed poly sleeve so as to achieve a tight-fit in a small parcel – but if you’d rather they be individually removed into a larger container we will have to use a medium sized box and it will cost more.

Please be aware of our conditions below before placing a bid:
1) Please request an invoice before making payment if you wish for an alternative postage option (economy etc.) see options below; please bear in mind international economy via Royal Mail is quoted to us as UP TO 80 DAYS. (potentially more due to Covid currently). 2) We reserve the right to request tracked postage only on high-value items (£50+). 3) We only send to Russia via tracked postage due to previous mailers disappearing! 4) Some LPs (and all heavier 2/3 LP sets) will require a higher postage tariff to certain locations - please be aware and request an invoice before paying from locations outside the EU.

GRADING SYSTEM:
1. NM: Record/sleeve will be near-perfect or have maybe very minor scuff/s from being handled a few times or from the inner sleeve (potentially played once or twice).
2. EX: Record will have some minor scuffs and possible more noticeable marks preventing a NM grading; a record that was played very little and has been taken care of.
3. VG Plus: Record will have noticeable scuffs and light scratches from being handled and played, but nothing too deep as to affect playback. May have light background noise in quieter areas but still no major issues; a record that has been played and enjoyed but not abused.
4. VG: Record will have scuffs and scratches from being handled and played, causing noticeable background noise and some disturbances/pops but still enjoyable overall; still a good quality record that can be enjoyed with life left.
5. GOOD / FAIR / POOR: Record will have scuffs and major scratches. Can still be played but will have background noise and most likely major distractions such as sustained pops or skips. Records with this grade are used for rare albums or ones that would be best used only for display.
