Description
This is a brand new copy of the “Quadruple Rainbow” Collector’s Edition 2x LP box set, released by mewithoutYou for their album Pale Horses. Also included is the album on two “audiophile black” LPs.
As you can see in the photos, mewithoutYou stated,
“We unfortunately were short on materials for the initial pressing of the Quadruple Rainbow version of Pale Horses. So in order to make more as quickly as possible, we only re-ordered what set it apart from the other versions of the album. Included here is a fully packaged Audiophile Black version of the album plus the exclusive features of the Quadruple Rainbow version: the rainbow bellyband, a holographic variant sticker, and of course, both picture discs. Enjoy.”
To sum up, you are getting everything included in the Quadruple Rainbow box set, PLUS another 2x LP version of the album on “Audiophile Black” vinyl. This is especially nice given that the quadruple rainbow 2x LPs are picture discs. As you probably know if you are into vinyl, picture discs sometimes don’t sound the best, so if that ends up being the case here it will be nice to have backup records you can listen to while keeping the rainbow LPs as more of a collector’s item.
As you can see in the photos, there is a bit of a dent on the top right corner of the spine, which is why condition it was in when I originally received it.
